The Program

  • Dates

    This course meets for three consecutive Mondays from 7:00-8:30pm EST: Nov 17th, 24th & December 1st.

  • Live Sessions

    There are three live experiential sessions (recordings will be shared) focusing on a specific topic with lots of time to learn and practice.

  • Added Support

    Included are three audio meditation recordings as well as a one-page summary for each session.

I am a woman who cares deeply about how we are living. Specifically about how each of us comes into our full expression while contributing to the health and well-being of the whole.
