Why 4 Weeks? 

This isn't about "fixing" your nervous system in four weeks (AKA because nothing is broken). This is a basic introduction into understanding how you work, plus enough time to create a new way of being when it comes to how you meet the stresses of life. 

That's why four weeks is enough to get you started and an hour each week is enough to support you in changing some things in your life without overwhelming you.

I am a woman who cares deeply about how we are living. Specifically about how each of us comes into our full expression while contributing to the health and well-being of the whole. I have spent decades exploring my own nervous system and its relationship to my health, my personal connections, my very sense of who I am and what I believe is possible.
